Who we are

An engineering company that treats new technology as a responsibility, not a headline.

We build custom AI agents, automate business workflows, and develop mobile apps, websites and enterprise software tailored to each organisation. We also create our own products, including Veloris and Artymes, with healthcare and education technology at the heart of our work.

Innovation on its own is cheap. What is expensive — and what we sell — is the judgement to know which new thing is worth putting into production, and the discipline to make it survive there.

  • Mission

Put advanced technology to work on problems that matter, and make it dependable enough to trust with real operations.

Most organisations do not need more prototypes. They need systems that hold up on a Tuesday afternoon with real users, real data and real consequences. That is the standard we build to.

  • Vision

A generation of useful software where AI works responsibly, routine work is simpler, and good ideas reach the people who need them.

The technologies we work with are early enough that most of the engineering discipline around them is still being written. We would like to be among the people writing it well.

  • How we work

Understand the domain first. Build the smallest thing that proves the idea. Then engineer it properly.

Innovation on its own is cheap. What is expensive — and what we sell — is the judgement to know which new thing is worth putting into production, and the discipline to make it survive there.

Portrait of the founder of RMWY Technologies
FOUNDER & CEO, RMWY TECHNOLOGIES

Leadership

The Founder

Algerian entrepreneur and AI developer based in London, with a background in mathematics and a degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from a prestigious UK university. He founded RMWY Technologies to turn advances in artificial intelligence into practical software for businesses and individuals. His work spans custom AI agents, business automation and digital platforms, with products focused on medical education, visa applications and business AI.

Entrepreneur

Building ideas into products

Founder of RMWY Technologies and the creator behind Veloris, an AI-powered medical learning platform; Artymes, an AI-powered platform supporting visa and university applications; and RMWY AI, a SaaS platform in development that enables businesses to create AI agents and automate workflows.

Engineer

Connecting AI with real-world needs

Combining mathematical foundations with hands-on experience in AI and full-stack development, he works across the product lifecycle—from designing interfaces and backend systems to integrating language models and deploying applications.

Perspective

Algerian roots. International ambition.

With a journey spanning Algeria and the United Kingdom, and a multilingual background in Arabic, French, Kabyle and English, he brings a cross-cultural perspective to building technology. His ambition is to develop useful, accessible products that serve people and businesses across languages and markets.

Services

What we build

Focused services in AI, software development, healthcare and education technology.

Flagship product

Veloris

Medical education platform · Available now

A next-generation AI-powered medical education platform for medical students and healthcare professionals.

Veloris is a study environment for people training in medicine — students, residents and practising clinicians. It combines a structured question bank and mock examinations with an AI tutor that explains reasoning rather than just marking answers, and it adapts what it puts in front of you based on what you have actually mastered.

  • AI tutoring

A conversational tutor that works through clinical reasoning step by step, scoped to educational use and bounded away from diagnostic advice.

  • Adaptive learning

The platform models what each learner has mastered and weights new material towards the gaps rather than the comfortable ground.

  • Smart flashcards

Spaced repetition scheduling so review lands at the point of forgetting instead of on a fixed calendar.

  • Question banks

Reviewed, exam-style questions organised by subject, system and difficulty, each with a full worked explanation.

  • Mock examinations

Timed, full-length papers under exam conditions, with pause, resume and scoring that mirrors the real format.

  • Progress analytics

Weak-area analysis across subjects and question types, so study time goes where it changes the score.

Why RMWY Technologies

What working with us is actually like

Eight commitments, written as things you could hold us to rather than adjectives you could apply to anyone.

  • Applied innovation

We track what is genuinely new and are equally willing to tell you when the boring approach wins. Novelty is a tool here, not a selling point.

  • Senior engineers

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. No handover from a sales team to a delivery team you have not met.

  • Architecture that scales

Systems designed for the load you will have in three years, without paying for it in year one. Clear seams, documented decisions, no lock-in by accident.

  • Real AI depth

Model selection, evaluation harnesses, retrieval quality and cost control — the unglamorous work that decides whether an AI feature is usable.

  • Modern by default

Typed end to end, tested, containerised, continuously deployed. The stack is current because maintenance cost is a design decision.

  • Security first

Threat modelling at design time, least-privilege access, encrypted data paths, and a documented answer for every piece of personal data you hold.

  • Support that answers

Defined response times, a named engineer, and monitoring you can see. Post-launch is a service with terms, not a favour.

  • Enterprise-grade delivery

Procurement, accessibility, data protection and audit requirements handled as part of the work rather than discovered at the end of it.

Representative engagements

What good delivery looks like

Three engagement profiles, each led by the number the client actually cared about.

Illustrative engagement profiles. Figures show the shape of outcomes we design for, not published client results.

Technology

The stack, by layer

Current tools chosen for maintenance cost as much as capability, and grouped by the job they do rather than listed alphabetically.

News & insights

What we are working through

Notes on the engineering problems we keep running into, written for people who have to solve them too.

Careers

A small team that ships things it can defend.

We are engineers who like the difficult part of the work: the domain reading, the failure modes, the second draft of an architecture. The team is deliberately small, which means everyone's work is visible and everyone's judgement counts.

  • Learning is scheduled, not squeezed

Time and budget for study are part of the working week, because in AI and software the alternative is a team that is expert in last year's tools.

  • Remote, with real overlap

Work from where you are. We hold a shared window of hours so collaboration does not depend on anyone being awake at an unreasonable time.

  • Ownership from the start

You will own a system, talk to the people who use it, and make decisions about it. Nobody here is handed tickets to close.

  • Sustainable pace

Crunch is a planning failure, and we treat it as one. Good software is written by people who are not exhausted.
